These terms describe the beta access and subscription model for Colloqia workspaces.

Beta access
Colloqia is currently in beta. Access is provided through configured workspaces rather than self-service signup. Each workspace is configured around your business, sources, watchlists, and team. Submitting a beta access request does not guarantee access; we review each request and respond, usually within two business days.
Workspace setup and subscription
Colloqia combines an initial workspace setup with an ongoing monthly subscription. The setup defines your business, products, competitors, audiences, sources, watchlists, company knowledge, community guidance, and team roles. The subscription provides continuous discovery, analysis, coordination, and learning. Pricing depends on your configured sources, watchlist volume, team size, and workflow requirements. We recommend a configuration before you commit, and no credit card is required to request access.
Human-reviewed participation
Colloqia prepares information and drafts to support your decisions. It does not automatically post, publish, or participate on your behalf. Human review is required before any public contribution is published. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the rules and norms of each community you participate in.
Illustrative demo data
The interactive demo and marketing pages use illustrative beta data — including the fictional Northstar CRM example — to show how Colloqia works. This data is not real customer data and does not represent actual results. Your workspace contains your own configured data and discovered conversations.
Acceptable use
Colloqia is designed for thoughtful, human-reviewed participation. You agree not to use Colloqia to send spam, mass-comment, manufacture artificial engagement, violate community rules, or misrepresent your affiliation. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Data and privacy
Your data is your data. We do not sell customer data. Details about data handling, retention, and security practices are described on our Security & Privacy page.
Service availability
Colloqia is in beta. Not all sources and capabilities are fully operational, and monitoring may be periodic rather than continuous. Source availability depends on platform permissions. We do not guarantee specific uptime levels during the beta period. We are transparent about what works today and what is planned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Colloqia evolves. We will communicate material changes to existing workspace owners. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
